Capt. Dato’ Albert Teo
Chairman and Co-Founder of TMCC
A well-respected dignitary who has served as an ambassador for the following countries.
2007-2010
Ambassador Olympic – National Olympic Committee Republic of Mongolia and was co-ordinating Ambassador for the First Youth Olympic Game 2010 held in Republic of Singapore.
2010- till current
Ambassador Olympic – National Olympic Committee Republic of Angola.
2013
appointed Country Representative and Deputy Che-de-Mission Second Youth Olympic Game 2014 held in Nanjing,
2017-2020
appointed Special Envoy- Parliamentary Public Investment Committee United Republic of Tanzania to Asia Pacific Region.
2019
Capt. Dato’ Albert served as the organising committee member of the Consortium for International Maritime Heritage that organise the “1st World Inaugural World Congress on Maritime Heritage 2019” held 13th March 2019 at the Resort World Republic of Singapore.
2020-2022
Capt. Dato’ Albert was -appointed the Co-Ordinating Ambassador for the Summer Olympic Game held in Tokyo.
2024
Capt. Dato’ Albert was appointed Honorary Committee Member of Ex-Police and Army Family Welfare Association of the Federal Malaysia.
Capt. Dato’ Albert also has technical competency in security and maritime heritage. He has a strong affiliation to the Far Eastern State Technical Fisheries University also a Naval Academy in Vladivostok, Russia and holds the rank of Captain, promoted to the rank of Senior Captain for his contribution to the academy.
Capt. Dato’ Albert has excellent negotiation skills, astute risk, crisis assessment and management capabilities much needed in the contemporary management of public and corporate entities, he has the capability to manage and mitigate crisis, controlling the cause of damages and reinstate the situation to normal within stipulated time.
His many years of diplomatic experience has developed his wide range of contacts and network in global governmental departments and private sector.
He believes in the potential of emerging markets and firmly holds onto a pragmatic philosophy of 'no risk, no gain”.
Lian Seng is a practising Singapore lawyer and has more than 30 years of professional experience as a Corporate Lawyer in Insights Law LLC. He has been recognised as a leading lawyer in the areas of capital markets and corporate finance in legal publications such as AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers. He was also the founding partner of Stamford Law Corporation, now known as “Morgan Lewis Stamford” (a Singapore law corporation affiliated with Morgan Lewis & Bockius).
Lian Seng is primarily involved in mergers and acquisitions (including schemes of arrangements, takeovers, competitive sale processes and acquisitions/disposals of shares and assets), corporate finance and corporate restructuring exercises. He also has extensive experience in reverse takeovers (RTOs).
